Risk & Release Form must be completed by each participant.
Note: Participants between the ages of 13-18 not
accompanied by a parent or guardian are required to bring a pre-signed
Risk & Release form. Children between the ages of 6-12 must be
accompanied by a parent or guardian. Children under the age of 6 may
not participate in a waterway cleanup.
